Ticketholder Sues NBA's Spurs For Benching Star Players

Law360, New York (January 16, 2013, 3:20 PM EST) -- A Miami-area basketball fan lodged a putative class action against the NBA's San Antonio Spurs in Florida state court accusing the club of ripping off 16,000 ticketholders by refusing to play its top performers in a November matchup against the Miami Heat.
