Navy Contractor Campbell Ewald Dodges TCPA Suit

Law360, New York (February 25, 2013, 6:38 PM EST) -- A California federal judge on Friday tossed a proposed Telephone Consumer Protection Act class action against a contractor that created recruiting advertisements for the U.S. Navy, ruling that Campbell Ewald Co. is protected by derivative sovereign immunity.
