AmerisourceBergen Faces FCA Suit Over Kickback Scheme

Law360, Los Angeles (February 26, 2013, 8:22 PM EST) -- AmerisourceBergen Corp. was hit with a False Claims Act suit brought by a company insider on behalf of the U.S. and more than a dozen states, including California, New Jersey, New York and Texas, alleging a kickback scheme that offered inducements for startup pharmacies, according to a complaint unsealed Tuesday.
