Plant Worker Pleads Guilty In Insider Trading Case

Law360 (December 7, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- A former printing plant worker pled guilty Friday in a case alleging he stole advance copies of BusinessWeek magazine to pass along stock information.

Juan Renteria, 22, pled guilty in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York to conspiracy to commit securities fraud and insider trading. Renteria, the last defendant to plead guilty, is scheduled to be sentenced next year.
