Goldman, Others Wise Up To Warning SEC Of Online Threats

Law360, New York (March 4, 2013, 10:06 PM EST) -- Goldman Sachs Group Inc. and Citigroup Inc. on Friday warned investors and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission that they were vulnerable to cyberattacks, a move that attorneys say other banks and public companies should consider following, given the regulatory backlash they risk if they fail to make the disclosures.
