NFL Commish Avoids Deposition In Super Bowl Ticket Suit

Law360, Dallas (March 27, 2013, 8:52 PM EDT) -- A Texas federal judge on Wednesday refused to order NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell or a Dallas Cowboys executive to show up at depositions in a breach-of-contract class action brought by Super Bowl XLV ticket holders who were denied seats at the game.
