Law360, Miami (March 26, 2013, 7:23 PM EDT) -- A week after agreeing to tie a referendum on using public funds to renovate Sun Life Stadium to South Florida landing an upcoming Super Bowl, the Miami Dolphins have offered further concessions to reach a deal with the county ahead of the NFL's awarding of the 2016 and 2017 games in May, according to a Tuesday news report.
