Chief Judges Agree To Delay Google Patent Case Transfer

Law360, New York (March 26, 2013, 3:30 PM EDT) -- Saying his counterpart in the Northern District of California agreed it would eliminate duplicate work, the chief judge of the Eastern District of Texas said Thursday he would hold off transferring patent suits against Google Inc. and others to the other state until after he construed the patent claims.
