Judge Questions Class Similarity In Super Bowl Ticket Feud

Law360, Dallas (June 5, 2013, 9:20 PM EDT) -- A Texas federal judge indicated Wednesday that there may be too many individual differences among Super Bowl XLV ticket holders to allow them to proceed as a class in their suit claiming they were denied seats for the game or had bad views.

U.S. District Judge Barbara M.G. Lynn did not make a ruling on class certification, but questioned how thousands of Super Bowl attendees, part of four different putative classes in the suit against the NFL, could uniformly prove their damages.
