Icahn is now pledging to toss in a warrant to his $14-per-share tender offer for the company and will have a sweetened bid to the company by Friday, according to a Bloomberg report. The news comes days before shareholders are scheduled to vote on founder Michael Dell's controversial $24.4 billion buyout deal, and was revealed a day after Icahn urged Dell shareholders to ask a judge for an appraisal of the company's stock....
