CBS Says FilmOn Violated Settlement Of Infringement Suit

Law360, New York (July 29, 2013, 7:28 PM EDT) -- CBS Broadcasting Inc. told a New York federal judge Monday that billionaire Alki David, owner of the video-on-demand and TV streaming service FilmOn.TV Networks Inc., should be compelled to hold up his end of a $1.6 million copyright infringement settlement and to remove Web postings bashing the broadcaster.
