Refco Judge Won't Revive Abetting Claims Against PwC

Law360, New York (August 2, 2013, 6:09 PM EDT) -- A New York federal judge on Friday refused to reconsider his June ruling in favor of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and others on allegations that they aided the Refco Inc. fraud with respect to a group of hedge funds.
