Law360, New York (August 8, 2013, 8:09 PM EDT) -- Supporters of a proposed $447 million Sacramento Kings basketball arena lobbed a complaint with the California Fair Political Practices Commission on Wednesday alleging two groups trying to stop the project with a ballot vote did not disclose they were paying signature gatherers.
