NJ Agency Can't Duck Jets, Giants' Meadowlands Suit

Law360, New York (August 27, 2013, 5:36 PM EDT) -- A New Jersey judge on Monday refused to dismiss a state court lawsuit brought by the New York Giants and Jets over the multibillion-dollar American Dream Meadowlands project, ruling that the New Jersey Sports and Exposition Authority couldn't decide whether it breached a contract at the center of the dispute.
