San Jose Hits Back At MLB's Bid To Nix Antitrust Suit

Law360, New York (September 9, 2013, 3:47 PM EDT) -- Major League Baseball is leaning on “outdated” precedent to prove they are exempt from federal and state antitrust laws, the city of San Jose said Friday, urging a federal judge not to dismiss their suit over the Oakland Athletics' stalled move to the city.
