Calif. OKs CEQA Suit Reform Bill Tied To $447M Arena

Law360, New York (September 13, 2013, 2:53 PM EDT) -- Both houses of California's Legislature on Thursday approved a bill that proposes to streamline any legal challenges under the California Environmental Quality Act lobbed at the Sacramento Kings' $447 million arena development plans, as well as other major statewide projects.
