LinkedIn Joins Push To Share Gov't Surveillance Requests

Law360, New York (September 18, 2013, 8:44 PM EDT) -- LinkedIn Corp. on Tuesday became the latest major online service provider to launch legal challenges to the government's refusal to allow companies to publicly release data on government surveillance of their users, saying that its efforts to privately negotiate a deal with government officials has broken down.
