MLB Says San Jose's Antitrust Suit Swings And Misses

Law360, New York (September 23, 2013, 2:38 PM EDT) -- The city of San Jose is actively ignoring U.S. Supreme Court precedent by attempting to bring an antitrust suit against Major League Baseball over the Oakland Athletics' stalled move to the city, the league told a California federal judge Friday.
