CEO Tim Cook next week to discuss the California tech giant's share-repurchase plans, according to a Thursday report from CNBC. Icahn over the summer unveiled a "large position" in Apple and was looking to flex his muscle to push for a bigger buyback program. Icahn, a recent Twitter convert, took to his account last month to tell his followers that he and Cook planned to meet soon to discuss Icahn's ideas.
