NY Casino Developer Bucks Rival's Bid To Halt $600M Project

Law360, New York (October 8, 2013, 5:39 PM EDT) -- A New York state court has denied a rival's request to block Empire Resorts Inc.'s plans to build a $600 million racino, hotel and golf course complex over alleged violations of the petitioner's zoning rights and state environmental laws, Empire said Tuesday.
