Howard Stern Accountant Pleads Guilty

Law360, New York (December 19, 2005, 12:00 AM EST) -- A fallen executive from the accounting firm of radio personality Howard Stern’s pled guilty Monday to illegally trading Sirius Satellite Radio Inc.’s stock before the popular host announced that he would move to the fast-growing media company.

The U.S. Attorney’s Office charged the executive, certified public accountant Gary D. Herwitz, earlier this month in U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York in Brooklyn.
