Insurers Balk At Contractors' LA Live Tile Defect Claims

Law360, New York (October 25, 2013, 1:20 PM EDT) -- American Home Assurance Co. and another insurer on Thursday sued three contractors who worked on the L.A. Live complex, arguing that they aren't required to indemnify the builders for shoddy tile work in the construction of the Ritz-Carlton residences at the entertainment complex in downtown Los Angeles.
