Pa. Appeals Court OKs Allentown Hotel, Arena, Complex

Law360, Philadelphia (October 30, 2013, 5:09 PM EDT) -- The Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court on Wednesday affirmed a decision axing a set of objections raised to a planned 5-acre arena, hotel and office development proposal currently being pursued in Allentown after agreeing there was little evidence the project ran afoul of local planning rules.
