Met Museum's Admissions Fee Policy Is Lawful, Judge Rules

Law360, Los Angeles (October 30, 2013, 8:21 PM EDT) -- A New York state judge on Wednesday dismissed claims in a class action and an injunctive suit seeking to curtail the Metropolitan Museum of Art's "suggested donations" admissions policy, ruling it doesn't violate a century-old state law or the museum's Central Park lease.
