Tribe Gets Federal OK For Gambling On Martha's Vineyard

Law360, Washington (November 13, 2013, 2:27 PM EST) -- A Massachusetts Native American tribe has won federal approval to build a gaming facility on the exclusive Martha’s Vineyard, it announced Tuesday, setting off a potential fight with state lawmakers who have previously opposed such efforts.
