Fight Over Failed $3B Las Vegas Resort Nears Settlement

Law360, Miami (November 13, 2013, 8:25 PM EST) -- A Florida bankruptcy judge said Wednesday that he was leaning toward approving a settlement agreement in rancorous Chapter 7 proceedings over the failed $2.9 billion Fontainebleau Las Vegas resort and casino project.
