Mass. Sues Tribe Over Martha's Vineyard Gambling Plan

Law360, New York (December 2, 2013, 7:15 PM EST) -- The state of Massachusetts on Monday filed a lawsuit in state court against a Native American tribe pursuing a gambling project in Martha's Vineyard, over the alleged violation of a decades-old settlement agreement between the two governments.
