Sacramento NBA Arena Backers Call Foul On Ballot Petitions

Law360, New York (January 7, 2014, 4:37 PM EST) -- A Sacramento political group backing the $447 million Sacramento Kings arena development project on Friday sent a letter to city and county elections officials arguing that petitions seeking to put funding for the project to a ballot vote are not compliant with state election law.
