Casino Co. Asks 1st Circ. To Review Tribal Gaming Dispute

Law360, New York (January 10, 2014, 3:49 PM EST) -- Casino developer KG Urban Enterprises LLC on Friday asked the First Circuit to take up a suit alleging that Massachusetts' gaming expansion law is unfairly partial to tribal gambling interests, after a federal judge tossed the complaint on summary judgment.
