Comcast Wants Examiner For Sports Network Auction

Law360, Houston (January 13, 2014, 10:08 PM EST) -- Comcast Corp. asked a Texas bankruptcy judge Friday to appoint an examiner to conduct an auction of a regional network it jointly owns with two Houston sports franchises, amid ongoing efforts to strike carriage deals with major cable and satellite companies.
