Credit Card Late Fees Don't Violate Constitution: 9th Circ.

Law360, Los Angeles (January 21, 2014, 6:02 PM EST) -- The Ninth Circuit on Tuesday affirmed a lower court’s dismissal of an action brought by a class of cardholders who challenged credit card companies' over-limit and late fees on constitutional grounds, holding the district court didn’t err in dismissing for failure to state a claim.
