Pro-Kings Group Wants Suit Over $447M Arena Ditched

Law360, New York (February 3, 2014, 5:48 PM EST) -- A pro-Sacramento Kings group backed by local businesses, Sacramento Mayor Kevin Johnson and state Sen. Ted Gaines, R-Roseville, tried to intervene Monday in a California suit that is seeking to force a ballot vote on tax subsidies promised for the basketball team’s $447 million arena project.
