DOI Finalizes Embattled Compact For Tribe's $500M Casino

Law360, New York (February 4, 2014, 2:21 PM EST) -- The Department of the Interior on Monday formally acknowledged and put into effect a controversial tribal compact that paves the way for a $500 million Massachusetts casino proposed by the Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe.
