Yankee Stadium Operator Slugged By Suit Over Unpaid Tips

Law360, New York (March 12, 2014, 7:14 PM EDT) -- A group of Yankee Stadium workers launched a proposed class action in New York state court Monday accusing the site's operator of wrongfully keeping a portion of tips owed to them over a more than five-year span.
