Raiders Ask For NFL Arbitration In Cheerleader Wage Suit

Law360, New York (March 20, 2014, 1:29 PM EDT) -- The Oakland Raiders asked a California judge last week to force two of the team's cheerleaders into arbitration with the NFL to settle their putative class action claims that the football club illegally deprived them of wages and engaged in other unfair employment practices.
