Fish & Richardson Ranked #1 In Patent Litigation Survey

Law360, New York (February 7, 2006, 12:00 AM EST) -- Routing the competition, Fish & Richardson was by far the most in-demand patent litigation firm last year, according to our survey of the 100 most frequently hired litigation practices in the United States.

Our survey, which measures how frequently a firm was hired in new patent litigation in 2005, found a hefty workload for the top firms despite an overall drop in the volume of litigation.
