Apple, Google Settle Anti-Poaching Case With Engineers

Law360, New York (April 24, 2014, 3:53 PM EDT) -- Google Inc., Apple Inc., Intel Corp. and Adobe Systems Inc. have agreed to settle antitrust claims from a group of software engineers accusing the technology giants of agreeing not to hire each other's employees, the parties said Thursday.

The companies and the class plaintiffs have signed a memorandum of understanding outlining the principal terms of the deal, counsel for both sides told the California federal court overseeing the case. The parties expect to file the settlement with the court by May 27.
