Tech Workers File FLSA Suit Against Wells Fargo

Law360 (May 30, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A proposed class and collective action has been filed against Wells Fargo & Co. alleging that the bank wrongfully classified its technical support workers as exempt from overtime and owes them compensation.

Former Wells Fargo network engineers Martin Lewis and Aaron Cooper filed the Fair Labor Standards Act lawsuit Wednesday in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.
