Judge Koh Takes Up Another Animation Anti-Poaching Case

Koh on Tuesday agreed to hear a California class action accusing Dreamworks Animation SKG and other animation companies of conspiring to fix workers' pay, at least the third similar case she has related to the massive Apple Inc. antitrust action she's overseeing.
