By Andrew McIntyre ( September 3, 2015, 7:18 PM EDT) -- A Prudential Real Estate Advisors affiliate has purchased an Apple Inc.-leased campus that stretches across Cupertino and Santa Clara, California, from a division of Los Angeles firm Downtown Properties for $165 million, the Silicon Valley Business Journal reported Thursday, citing public records. Downtown Properties bought the 217,294-square-foot, three-building complex at 10100-10200 N. Tantau Ave. two years ago for $114.5 million, the report said....
