Judge Refuses To Break Up BofA Discrimination Suit

Law360 (September 18, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge has refused to dismiss, transfer or sever a proposed class action brought by eight former and current Bank of America NA financial advisers and premier bankers who are accusing the company's investment services branch of systematically discriminating against black employees.

Judge Nancy Gertner of the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts denied two motions by Bank of America Wednesday.
