AT&T Mobile Content Settlement Partially Enjoined

Law360 (October 1, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge has partially enjoined a settlement between AT&T Inc. and a customer class alleging unauthorized charges for third-party content such as ringtones because his court, which is handling a similar action, wasn't notified of the deal and because the settlement terms appear unfair to the plaintiffs.
