Animators Say Anti-Poaching Suit Deserves Class Cert

Law360, Washington (February 11, 2016, 7:32 PM EST) -- A proposed class of animators accusing Disney and other studios of scheming not to poach each other’s workers laid out their case for class certification in a motion released Wednesday, telling a California federal judge that years of collusion affected animators across six studios.
