The firm has picked up a 437-unit community at 4290 Royal Manor Blvd. from Royal Manor Mobile Home Estates Inc.'s Beverlee Miller Raymond, according to the report. Berkadia provided $26.4 million in financing to Carlyle for the purchase, Real Deal said....
