By Andrew McIntyre ( June 6, 2017, 3:10 PM EDT) -- Ballard Spahr LLP has reached a deal to lease 27,000 square feet on Broadway in New York, the New York Post reported Monday. Through a 10-year lease, the law firm is taking the 19th floor at 1675 Broadway, a Rudin family building, with asking rent for the deal at $75 per square foot, according to the Post. The tower has 850,000 square feet, and the Post said the Rudin family has reached deals with tenants to lease, expand or renew a total of 683,000 square feet over the past few years....
