Replaced Disney Workers' Discrimination Suit Gets Tossed

Law360, San Francisco (August 10, 2017, 7:34 PM EDT) -- A Florida federal judge on Thursday tossed a proposed class action brought by nearly three dozen former Disney employees who claim they were discriminated against and unfairly replaced by Indian nationals, finding that the complaint doesn’t provide a “clear understanding of the legal theory being asserted,” but allowing leave to amend.
