Amid Slump In Federal Litigation, Some Buck Trend

Law360, New York (September 11, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Employment-related litigation in federal courts has been on the decline since 2003, but a handful of firms have managed to grow their labor and employment practices, our survey of court dockets found.

While most firms have seen their federal caseload drop, Reed Smith LLP, Phelps Dunbar LLP and Womble Carlyle Sandridge & Rice PLLC have all made major strides, our survey found.
