Royal Caribbean Fights Renewed Harvey Cruise Claims

Law360 (March 6, 2018, 9:53 PM EST) -- Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. asked a Florida federal court Tuesday to toss a proposed class’ amended claims that the cruise line put passengers in harm's way last year by not canceling a cruise as Hurricane Harvey bore down on Texas, saying the court has previously dismissed such claims.
