Chipotle Gets New Trial In $3M Sexual Assault Case

Law360 (November 20, 2018, 7:17 PM EST) -- Chipotle Mexican Grill Inc. has won a new trial in a case that had resulted in a $3 million jury verdict against it stemming from the alleged sexual assault of a minor employee by her supervisor, with a Texas appellate court on Tuesday holding the jury should have been allowed to hear about the conduct of the employee.
