7th Circ. Asks Ind. Justices For Help In Fantasy NCAA Suit

Law360 (March 7, 2018, 9:45 PM EST) -- The Seventh Circuit on Tuesday asked Indiana’s high court to weigh in on whether the state's right-of-publicity law gives NCAA athletes standing to challenge fantasy sports websites DraftKings and FanDuel for using their likenesses and statistics in their contests, saying case law interpreting the statute doesn’t answer that question.
